Danielle Detiege, affectionately known as Coach Danni D, is a Work with Ease Coach helping creative professional women take actionable steps to advance in their industries while creating a success story that reflects their whole life not just their career or family. She is a Certified Balloon Artist (C.B.A.) and owner of NOLA Party Boutique, a Balloon Décor Company servicing corporate and private events. She started in the industry as a hobbyist in 2013. By using her background in Business Operations and investing in her education, she was able to grow her business and transition to a full-time entrepreneur with a luxury brand.

Fueled by a desire to help small business owners in creative industries play big, Danielle founded WorkFlow, a coaching business that combined her career in operations and administration, her experiences as an entrepreneur, and her passion for helping overwhelmed business owners. She takes a holistic approach to expanding her clients’ capacity as business owners, providing easy-to-understand business education, developing a business owner mindset, and helping her clients to become the CEOs of their businesses and leaders in their industries. This philosophy promotes taking actionable steps that allow business owners to focus on the parts of their businesses that they love. Danielle shows audiences how to go from “booked and busy,” to “paid and well-rested.”
